Once processed, prescriptions are filled by a licensed pharmacy and shipped directly to the patient with real-time tracking. The platform supports auto-refills, reducing administrative burden, and offers subscription-based options that provide predictable, all-cash revenue for providers.

Step 1: Prescription Entry by Provider

  • The clinician logs into the ConnectMeds Provider Portal.

  • Selects or customizes a prescription from a pre-approved formulary.

  • Enters a 90-day script with optional auto-refills.

  • Submits patient details (including contact and shipping info).

Step 2: Real-Time Processing & Patient Notification

  • Prescription is securely sent to a licensed partner pharmacy.

  • Patient receives an immediate text/email with:

Step 3: Payment & Subscription Setup
