Providers and staff sign in to the ConnectMeds platform at app.connectmeds.com with the account created for them during onboarding.

ConnectMeds staff never ask for your password. Do not share credentials by email.
Signing In
Accounts are created during onboarding, one per provider and one per staff member, so orders and reporting can be traced to the person who made them.

- Use the reset link on the sign-in screen.
- Need an account
- Your practice administrator adds providers and staff from the platform. New prescribers need an NPI and current state licensure.
- Patients
- This sign-in is for practices. Patients log in to the Patient Portal. Can’t sign in, or have an order question? Call Customer Support at 866-261-2345.
- Locked out
- Call 866-261-2345 or email connect@connectmeds.com from your work address.
