LegalTerms of Use
The terms that govern your use of this site — what ConnectMeds is and is not, how the product and formulary information here should be read, and the rules that apply to everyone who uses it.
Last updated September 22, 2026
Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.connectmeds.com and its subpages (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Connect Medical Solutions, LLC and its affiliates (“ConnectMeds”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Site.
These Terms cover the Site only. Access to and use of the ConnectMeds provider platform at app.connectmeds.com is governed by the services agreement between ConnectMeds and your practice or organization, together with any terms presented at sign-in. Where those agreements and these Terms conflict, the services agreement controls for platform use.
What ConnectMeds Is
ConnectMeds provides software. We operate a prescribing and coordination platform that lets licensed providers send prescriptions electronically, lets patients pay and follow order status, and routes orders to participating licensed pharmacies for fulfillment.
ConnectMeds does not practice medicine or pharmacy. All prescriptions are written by independent licensed providers exercising their own clinical judgment. All medications are dispensed, and where applicable shipped, by U.S. based licensed pharmacies in accordance with applicable laws and their own pharmacy policies. ConnectMeds does not compound, dispense, or ship medication, and does not employ the prescribers who use the platform.
Nothing on the Site creates a physician-patient relationship, a pharmacist-patient relationship, or any other professional or fiduciary relationship between you and ConnectMeds.
Who May Use This Site
The Site is available to the general public and is intended for use by people who are at least 18 years old. Do not use the Site if you are under 18.
Different parts of the Site are written for different readers. Product, formulary, and platform material is written for licensed healthcare providers and their staff. General information about ConnectMeds, our policies, and how to contact us is for everyone.
You agree to provide accurate information when you contact us or request a demonstration, and not to misrepresent your identity, your licensure, or your affiliation with any practice or organization.
The Site Is Not Medical Advice
Information on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not medical, pharmacy, legal, or financial advice, it is not a substitute for professional judgment, and it is not patient-facing labeling or prescribing information.
If you are a patient or caregiver: talk to your own healthcare provider about whether any therapy is appropriate for you. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read here. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
If you are a healthcare provider: you are responsible for your own clinical decisions. Indications, dosing, monitoring, contraindications, and the appropriateness of any therapy for an individual patient are determined by you, and you remain responsible for complying with the laws, regulations, and professional standards that apply to your license and your practice.
Compounded Preparations
Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved drug products. The formulations described on the Site are compounded under applicable state and federal regulations and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. They should not be presented, marketed, or understood as equivalent to FDA-approved products.
Availability, formulation, strength, route, and fulfillment vary by prescription, patient, state, and dispensing pharmacy. Whether a particular preparation may be compounded or dispensed is governed by federal and state compounding law and by the dispensing pharmacy’s licensure, and can change. Confirm current status before relying on it.
Formulary and Product Information
The formulary tables on the Site are a reference. They reflect our catalog as of the date shown and change as products are added, reformulated, or withdrawn. We work to keep them accurate but do not warrant that every entry is current, complete, or error-free.
Nothing on the Site is an offer or a guarantee to compound, dispense, or supply any particular preparation to any particular patient in any particular state. Product codes shown are internal reference codes used for ordering and are not clinical identifiers.
Wholesale and provider pricing is not published on the Site and is provided separately to practices under the terms of their agreement with us.
Accounts and Security
Accounts on the ConnectMeds platform are created for named individuals. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for making sure that people who leave your practice no longer have access.
ConnectMeds will never ask you for your password. Do not share credentials by email, message, or phone. If you believe an account has been compromised, contact us immediately at 866-261-2345 or connect@connectmeds.com.
Orders, Payment, and Fulfillment
ConnectMeds supports cash-pay programs. Patients pay at checkout; claims are not submitted to insurance and no prior authorization is obtained on the patient’s behalf. Payment card processing is handled by our third-party payment processor, not by ConnectMeds, and is subject to that processor’s terms.
Submitting a prescription or placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment. The dispensing pharmacy performs its own verification and may decline, hold, or substitute an order in accordance with its professional judgment, its policies, and applicable law.
Shipping, delivery estimates, refills, and the return and refund policy for prescription medication are set out in our Shipping & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity, licensure, credentials, or affiliation;
- Submit patient health information through the Site’s public forms, which are not intended or secured for that purpose;
- Scrape, harvest, mirror, republish, or resell Site content, including the formulary tables;
- Attempt to access any account, system, or data you are not authorized to access, or probe or test the security of the Site;
- Introduce malware or interfere with the operation of the Site or the platform;
- Use the Site or any material from it to market compounded preparations as FDA-approved, or to make claims about safety or effectiveness that the material does not support;
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or professional standard.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site, and to the platform under the applicable services agreement, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe creates risk or legal exposure.
Content and Marks
The Site and its contents — including text, layout, graphics, the design system, and the compilation and arrangement of the formulary — are owned by ConnectMeds or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The ConnectMeds name, wordmark, and logo are our marks.
You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own reference and for internal use within your practice or organization. You may not otherwise copy, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content, and you may not use our marks, without our prior written permission.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Site links to third-party sites and relies on third-party services, including our payment processor and certification and verification providers. We do not control those sites or services and are not responsible for their content, practices, availability, or terms. Links are not endorsements. Your dealings with a third party are between you and that third party.
Privacy
Our handling of information collected through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy. Our handling of Protected Health Information under HIPAA is described in our HIPAA Privacy Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you are a patient, your privacy rights regarding your medical records run through the practice that prescribed your therapy and the pharmacy that dispensed it.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConnectMeds disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or its content is accurate, complete, or current. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConnectMeds and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Site, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to ConnectMeds in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ConnectMeds and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or, if you are a provider, your clinical decisions and your compliance obligations.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any such dispute, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site after that means you accept the updated Terms. If a change is material, we may also notify platform account holders through the platform or by email.
